You are

You will

  • Clean public areas according to schedule and set up and maintain seminar rooms.
  • Ensure the customer promise is delivered according to standards, with professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Personalize the customer experience by being attentive to their wishes, preferences, and habits, and discreetly incorporate these throughout their stay.
  • Accept customer feedback tactfully and report it to your manager promptly as a basis for improvements.
  • Pay special attention to children, catering to their specific needs, age, and nationality.
  • Suggest improvements to your manager to enhance daily operations and customer experience.
  • Know and apply health and safety rules, emergency, and evacuation procedures, and inform customers accordingly.
