You will
  • Clean public areas according to schedule and set up seminar rooms.
  • Ensure the delivery of the customer promise with professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Personalize the customer experience by considering their wishes, preferences, and habits discreetly throughout their stay.
  • Accept customer feedback tactfully and report it to your manager as a source of improvement.
  • Pay special attention to children, considering their needs, age, and nationality.
  • Suggest improvements to your manager for daily operations and customer experience.
  • Know and apply health and safety rules, emergency, and evacuation procedures, and inform customers accordingly.
