You will
  • Clean public areas according to schedule and set up and maintain seminar rooms.
  • Ensure the customer promise is fulfilled with professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Personalize the customer experience by considering their wishes, preferences, and habits discreetly throughout their stay.
  • Handle customer feedback tactfully and report immediately to your manager for continuous improvement.
  • Pay special attention to children, catering to their needs, age, and nationality.
  • Suggest improvements to your manager to enhance daily operations and customer experience.
  • Know and apply health, safety, emergency, and evacuation procedures, and inform customers accordingly.
