Commis - Italian Cuisine - Grand Hyatt Jakarta

You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest, and owner expectations. The Commis will be responsible for producing food in the outlet within Grand Hyatt Jakarta. To prepare a consistent, high-quality food product and ensure courteous, professional, efficient, and flexible service that supports the outlet’s operating concept and Hyatt International standards.

Qualifications

  1. Ideally with a relevant diploma or professional certification in Hospitality or Tourism management.
  2. Minimum 2 years' experience as a commis chef in a large hotel operation.
  3. Confident to communicate in English.
  4. Sound knowledge of hygiene practices.
