Job description

Summary

· Demonstrate passion for food and ingredients in every moment.

· Assist in ensuring that outlet and event operations run efficiently according to established concept statements, adhering to Company and Hotel Policies and Procedures.

· Support high-quality service and food production standards in outlets and events.

· Follow guidelines for plating and buffet presentations.

· Ensure all processes maintain HACCP and ISO22000 standards; report any deviations to the Manager on shift.

· Assist Stewarding Operations in kitchens and restaurants to achieve high hygiene standards, minimize equipment breakage, and streamline resource flow.

· Ensure only fresh products are used in Food and Beverage preparation.

· Assist in testing Food and Beverage quality in outlets and provide critical feedback.

· Implement food safety programs and procedures diligently.

· Practice safety in handling food at all times.

· Maintain personal and environmental hygiene in Food and Beverage operations.

· Be flexible in your job functions and perform any other reasonable duties, including redeployment to other departments if required, to meet business demands and guest service needs.

Qualifications
  • Indonesian nationality with a degree in Hospitality or Business Management.
  • Experience in authentic Chinese cuisine.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar position within a 5-star international hotel chain.
  • Previous experience in luxury hotels or international settings is an advantage.
  • Strong leadership and business acumen.
  • Excellent English communication skills, with a strong guest service mindset and people management and development skills.
