Job Description:

1. Assist Demi CDP Pastry in the preparation of all pastry items.
2. Assist Demi CDP Pastry in addressing USPH issues and regulations.
3. Work independently during the night shift.
4. Prepare all desserts, cakes, and pastries for restaurant menus and buffet setups.
5. Assist in the preparation of pastries, cakes, crèmes, showpieces, displays, ice cream, sorbets, and handle special requests as needed.
