• Overseeing a section within the kitchen and producing food of the highest quality and upholding presentation standards
• Ability to take instructions from senior leaders
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
• Keeping the kitchen + workspace clean
• Managing stock and rotating inventory on section, making sure produce and preparation is always fresh and up to standard
