A leading Broadcast Media company in Jakarta Utara is looking for a Sales Administration professional to manage schedules, client data, and sales reports. Applicants should have a degree in Administration or a related field, with at least 4 years of experience in sales administration and team management. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills. This position is on-site/hybrid.

Qualifications

Overview

This is a great opportunity for someone that is looking to gain experience, gain more responsibility and be part of a fast-growing Broadcast Media. We are looking for an immediate start, so please only apply if you are available now and willing to work on-site (Tokyo Hub PIK2).

Responsibilities
  • Receive and process approved packages/quotations from Account Executive.
  • Create and manage media airing schedules and client benefit timelines (Google Sheets).
  • Prepare and verify media order timelines requested by clients and ensure approval from AEs/clients.
  • Compile and manage supporting documents (SPK, agreements, airing proofs, KOI).
  • Ensure all documents are complete and approved by both clients and internal management.
  • Input client and agency data into the system (Navision/e-Faktur).
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales revenue reports and reconcile data with Finance & Accounting.
  • Handle reimbursements, travel expenses, client entertainment, and commission/cashback requests.
  • Calculate sales incentives and prepare administrative reports for the Commercial Support Section Head.
  • Maintain accurate filing and archiving of all sales-related documents.
Qualifications
  • Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Administration, Marketing, Communication, or related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in sales administration or a similar role (preferably in media/advertising) and have experience in managing team for 2 years.
  • Strong administrative, organizational, and document management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiar with data entry systems/CRM.
  • Detail-oriented, accurate, and able to handle multiple tasks under deadlines.
  • Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with internal teams and clients.
  • Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Willing to work onsite/hybrid as required by the company.
