Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end contract process in collaboration with internal stakeholders, coordinate contract preparation, ensure timely signing by both internal parties and customers, and organize contract documentation with accuracy and systematic filing.
  • Support the preparation and processing of daily and weekly pricing to ensure accuracy and timely updates.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales/commercial records by regularly updating data from ERP and related systems with contract details, pricing, invoicing, and transaction history to ensure data integrity.
  • Collaborate closely with senior sales manager, finance, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of commercial processes, and alignment across departments.
  • Proactively identify and address commercial challenges to minimize disruptions, support operational efficiency, and maintain strong customer and stakeholder relationships.
  • Responsible for requesting samples based on sales and customer input, coordinating with internal stakeholders to track sample readiness, and managing all documentation required for accurate and timely sample shipment.
  • Employees must be able to use SAP module (Material Management and Sales Distribution).
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Experience with ERP systems.
  • Competence in Microsoft office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI tools).
  • Ability to compile and interpret commercial reports.
  • Proficiency in maintaining organized, auditable documentation systems (physical and digital).
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
