The Commercial & Sales Supervisor is responsible for leading and supervising the sales team to achieve revenue targets, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring the execution of effective sales strategies. This role acts as a bridge between management and the sales team, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and lead the sales team in daily operations to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Develop and implement sales strategies, pipelines, and action plans to drive business growth.

Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, prepare regular sales reports, and propose improvements.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.

Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion strategies.

Provide coaching, training, and mentoring to the sales team to enhance performance.

Collaborate with the marketing and business development teams to support campaigns and lead generation.

Handle escalated client issues and resolve conflicts effectively.

Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and contract agreements.

Represent the company in client meetings, negotiations, and events as needed

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.

3–5 years of proven experience in sales or commercial roles (B2B experience is a plus).

Strong leadership skills with prior experience supervising or leading a team.

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Target-driven, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Flexible and adaptable, with strong interpersonal skills to manage both clients and internal teams.

Bonus points for prior experience in 360° marketing campaigns or working in an agency environment.
