Job Description

• Review customer contracts from the Seller's perspective to identify and address potential risks, ensuring compliance with internal company policies.
• Develop and submit commercial proposals to prospective clients.
• Collaborate with headquarters departments such as finance, tax, treasury, and legal to assess contracts and proposals from their respective viewpoints.
• Take the lead in conducting commercial negotiations with clients.
• Assess the requirements and prepare internal approval documentation for major projects.
• Support project administration activities post-contract award, including project control and invoicing.
• Proactively address and resolve any contractual issues or disputes.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in engineering, law, or business with a legal focus.
• Extensive experience reviewing and analyzing commercial contracts, including legal, financial, tax, and business considerations.
• Solid knowledge of contract law and related regulations.
• Capability to interpret and adhere to company policies on contracts and compliance.
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and capable of working closely and effectively with the sales team.
• Willingness to travel as required, sometimes on short notice.
• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially for drafting and negotiating contracts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills in fast-paced and dynamic work environments.
• Comfortable working in a multicultural and cross-functional team setting.
