Role and Responsibilities:

1. Assist Chief Subsidiary Operations to supervise the establishment of subsidiaries and review the underlying business plans

2. Assist Chief Subsidiary Operations to ensure the readying of asset for business operations, including but not limited to the timeliness and quality of construction, necessary building facilities and amenities for operations, the establishment of the operations team by time. These work, in accordance to the resources allocated

3. Conduct regular evaluations of commercial assets to ensure optimal performance, identifying opportunities for increasing asset value and profitability

4. Assist in developing and implementing strategies for commercial properties.

5. Conduct market research on real estate trends, competitor performance, and commercial market conditions

6. Act as a liaison with tenants and operators, addressing concerns, managing contracts, and ensuring high tenant satisfaction while maintaining occupancy

7. Oversee the commercial portfolio, including monitoring occupancy rates, rental revenue, and asset enhancements

8. Assist Chief Subsidiary Operations in all matters related to business operations, including but not limited to schedule keeping, organising meetings, work trips, operator evaluation and others

Requirements:

• Min Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in asset management, real estate, or business analysis, preferably in commercial properties.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to work as a teamwork
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to maintain relationships with tenants and internal stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset to assess market trends and competitor activities.
• Proficiency in software for property management and reporting tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, leasing software).
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Will be based in Denpasar, Bali
