A leading company in the travel and hospitality industries is seeking a Commercial Marketing Specialist to drive outbound marketing and lead generation efforts. The role involves managing databases, executing campaigns, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance brand visibility. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented and possess strong analytical skills.
As a Commercial Marketing Specialist, you will support ATI’s commercial growth by driving outbound marketing and lead generation efforts. This role bridges marketing execution and sales enablement—identifying and engaging new prospects, crafting targeted outreach, supporting content development, and ensuring consistent branding across channels. It's a hands-on role ideal for someone detail-oriented, creative, and driven by growth.
Your Main Responsibilities:
Build and manage a qualified database of potential B2B leads using LinkedIn, media publications, directories, and other tools
Execute outbound lead generation campaigns through media placements, press releases, cold emails, follow-ups, and occasional calls
Conduct competitor research and monitor market trends relevant to ATI’s services
Identify marketing and partnership opportunities to increase ATI’s brand visibility
Create compelling campaign templates, pitch decks, and presentation materials tailored to different audiences
Support the development of proposals, case studies, and other sales enablement assets
Collaborate with internal teams to gather insights and data for marketing campaigns
Maintain and update ATI’s website content to ensure accuracy and alignment with service offerings
Coordinate with external vendors for content or design updates when needed
Qualifications:
1–3 years of experience in B2B marketing, lead generation, sales, or related roles
Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)
Excellent analytical and numerical skills (logic score above 70)
Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar platforms
Comfortable working with both structured tasks and creative assignments
Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work cross-functionally with sales, strategy, and leadership teams
Self-starter with high attention to detail and a growth-oriented mindset
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
