Responsibilities
- Lead the Sales expansion of Fertilizer and Chemical Sales platform.
- Manage the Indonesia sales commercial teams focused on a) Government or State Tender b) Retail Marketplace and c) End consumer sales.
- Collaborate with Headquarter and Commercial team to identify and shape market opportunities for Fertilizer & Chemical sales.
- Lead the New Product sales, vision & strategy to expand the product portfolio and the subsequent realization of sales and marketing activities.
- Drive the strategic direction and alignment of all key stakeholders across the organization.
- Active contribution as an integral member of the management team.
- Build and maintain a marketing network to ensure the company is aligned with the current market condition.
- Responsible for budgets, forecasts, and overall management of spend.
Required Profile
- Minimum of 5 years with strategic/commercial responsibilities in a multinational organization, preferably in Agriculture (Fertilizer) and Chemical industry.
- Graduates with Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture is a must.
- 10 years of experience at a senior management level.
- Fluent command of English is a must, both written and verbal. Can speak Mandarin and Hokkien will be advantageous.
- Willing and able to work under high travel intensity is a must.
- Good IT skills and presentation skills (public speaking) for various levels of stakeholders.
- Ability to manage stakeholders across the organization and align toward a common goal.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams (Trade, Commercial, Marketing, Data, Agile) across end-to-end sales activities.
- Able to work hands-on to drive implementation while continuously assessing strategic direction.
- Experience in Indonesia’s law & regulations, data-sourcing, and Supply Chain management models beneficial.
- Aligned with our principles: agile, customer-centric, lean, service-oriented, self-organization, transparency.
- Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce is a plus.
- Have SIM A and SIM C.
- It is preferred to have own vehicle.
- Domicile / Willing to be relocated to Medan, North Sumatra.
