Job description

The ideal candidate is a motivated FMCG professional with 3–5 years of experience who’s eager to grow a market and strengthen distribution through trusted partnerships in Vietnam. If you’re familiar with the ASEAN landscape, confident in managing distributors and commercial execution, and fluent in English, this could be a great next step. We’re looking for someone who’s ready to collaborate, take ownership, and make a meaningful impact

Qualifications & experience

  • Proven track record of developing new markets and closing new business in ASEAN Country, especially Vietnam.
  • Have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience. and have knowledgeable about distributor management and FMCG distribution.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Willing to be placed in Vietnam.
  • Proficient in Distributor Management.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Managing distributors to develop business in Vietnam.
  • Build comprehensive Business Plan with distributors including establish target & monitoring for pricing structure, distribution (Registered Outlets vs Active Outlets), Sell-out, Sell-in, A&P budget / support.
  • Forecast, Reporting, PO : Manage distributor to submit within specified agreed time, review and feedback. Balancing between commercial and operational.
  • Liaise with Commercial finance for P&L and Budget control.
  • Regular distributor review (4P review).
