What Will You Do

The Colgate-Palmolive Xccelerate+ Commercial Management Trainee Program is a 24-month development program designed to prepare you as a future leader. It offers first-hand experience and broad exposure to our global organization through job rotations in Customer Development, Retail Marketing, eCommerce, and more, leading to a fast track in commercial business management.

As part of this program, you will partner with the business, drive transformation, enhance our people capabilities, and foster a caring and performance-driven culture for our South ASEAN business.

Who Are We Looking For

• Master's degree in Commerce, International Business, or Business Administration with a CGPA of 3.2 or above
• Less than 18 months of full-time work experience (excluding internships and part-time work)
• Proven leadership in curricular activities
• Passionate about a career in the FMCG industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Creative, critical thinker with high learning agility
• Adventurous, entrepreneurial, and experimental mindset
• Strong leadership skills, goal-oriented, and results-driven
