Job summary

SIRCLO in BSD, Indonesia, seeks a final-year law student or fresh graduate to join the Commercial Legal team as a junior legal assistant. You will review and prepare commercial agreements, NDAs, and other documents using approved templates, while conducting targeted legal research on e-commerce and digital business regulations.

You will manage multiple deadlines, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and develop strong writing and analytical skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Qualifications

• Final-year law student or fresh graduate from a reputable university.
• Strong interest in commercial law and in-house practice, esp. e-commerce/tech sectors.
• Basic contract law knowledge; internship or drafting experience is a plus.
• Good legal research, writing, and analytical skills; able to summarize issues clearly.

Responsibilities

• Support Commercial Legal team in reviewing and preparing commercial agreements and related documents.
• Assist with legal research on relevant laws and regulations for the business.
• Help administer and monitor commercial agreements and legal requests to meet SLAs.
• Support other legal and administrative activities as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Support the Commercial Legal team in reviewing and preparing commercial agreements, NDAs, letters, and other legal documents in accordance with the Company's approved templates and guidelines.
• Assist with legal research on laws and regulations relevant to the Company's business activities, particularly in e-commerce, technology, retail, distribution, logistics, and other commercial matters.
• Assist in administering and monitoring commercial agreements and legal requests to ensure proper documentation and timely completion in accordance with applicable Legal Team SLAs.
• Support other legal and administrative activities as assigned by the Commercial Legal team.

Requirements

• Final-year law student or fresh graduate from a reputable university.
• Strong interest in commercial law and in-house legal practice, particularly within the e-commerce, technology, retail, distribution, logistics, and/or digital business sectors.
• Basic understanding of contract law and commercial agreements. Previous internship, moot court, legal research, or contract drafting experience is an advantage.
• Good legal research, analytical, and writing skills, with the ability to summarize legal issues clearly and concisely.
• High attention to detail and willingness to learn how to identify contractual and legal risks.
• Proactive, responsible, and able to manage multiple assignments and deadlines in a fast-paced working environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills and comfortable coordinating with different internal stakeholders.
• Proficient in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, particularly for reading and preparing legal documents.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning contract management, legal technology, and AI-enabled tools used by the Legal Team.
• Able to work independently with appropriate supervision and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Willing to work in BSD, Tangerang.
