Key Responsibilities

• Review and advise on financial plans in collaboration with business leaders, ensuring alignment with revenue and profit objectives.
• Deliver insightful financial analysis and challenge assumptions to support key business decisions and performance targets.
• Provide analytical input for client and vendor negotiations, ensuring an optimal balance of pricing, discounts, rebates, and commitments.
• Consolidate budgets and forecasts, offering interpretation and guidance to support effective planning.
• Analyze client profitability, identify opportunities to improve margins, and drive operational efficiency through financial insights.
• Ensure that the commercial process is compliant with the internal control framework.
• Partner with Operational Finance Director, Financial Controller, and Market FD, providing high-quality analysis and supporting the implementation of best-practice financial planning across the business.

• At least 8 years of experience in financial planning, commercial finance, or business partnering roles.
• Professional finance qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Proven ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis.
• Strong commercial acumen, ideally with exposure to client/vendor negotiations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in financial systems and advanced Excel; knowledge of BI tools is a plus.
