Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end commercial setup of the new food manufacturing business.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for both sales and marketing.
  • Build and manage a high-performing sales and marketing team from the ground up.
  • Drive product innovation, oversee the development of marketing strategies, and ensure successful product launches.
  • Lead commercial planning, forecasting, and full P&L management.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and business success.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in the FMCG industry, with a strong focus on the food sector.

  • Solid experience in building and leading commercial teams.
  • Demonstrated capability in P&L ownership, business planning, and driving top-line and bottom-line growth.
