This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Commercial Area Supervisor to join the dynamic team at PT Blue Bird Tbk'. As a Commercial Area Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the commercial operations within the Padang, West Sumatra region. Reporting to the regional manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring operational efficiency, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth within your assigned commercial area
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve their individual and team targets
  • Monitor and analyse sales data, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing corrective measures as necessary
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and other stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and operations, to ensure the seamless delivery of products and services
  • Provide regular performance reports and recommendations to the regional manager
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity within the commercial area

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or management
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar commercial supervisory or management role, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships
  • Proficient in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is required
