Job Description

The candidate will be responsible for analysis in marketing, costing, and system/technology related to Commercial activities. The candidate must be well-versed in Business Management and Accounting, with excellent interpersonal skills and the right attitude to deliver high-quality work independently. The responsibilities include:

  • Preparing various costings and conducting budget analysis to prevent cost escalation.
  • Preparing and reviewing contracts, and negotiating contract components.
  • Developing new vendors for purchase orders and negotiating better terms with existing vendors.
  • Conducting inventory analysis and monitoring minimum & maximum stock levels.
  • Handling internal audits and working towards process improvements.
  • Collaborating with senior team members on system upgrades and exploring new technologies to improve system efficiency.
  • Conducting market research for new business opportunities.
  • Liaising with external parties such as the Coal Association and regulatory authorities.

This role is based in Jakarta. To be a good fit, you should have a strong background in Business/Commerce Management and a solid understanding of commerce and marketing.

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce/Business Management.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English (verbal and written).
  • Good communication skills.
