Job Description:

• Understand material processing with PA (Polyamide), TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane), and knowledge of injection plastic and extrusion processing.
• Have knowledge of coloring in the plastic injection process, including color matching and troubleshooting.
• Understand plastic material testing standards, including physical and chemical tests. Responsible for developing sustainable plastic raw materials and managing material tracking & traceability reports.
• Manage and maintain material turnover ratio stock.
• Oversee all manpower in the materials department, ensure proper material flow, and improve SOPs and work instructions.
• Collaborate with digitalization initiatives to design reports and processes that simplify operations and enhance business planning.
• Create and maintain the company's supply chain strategy for materials, analyze data from forecasting and operations.
• Manage activities of the material department to achieve company KPIs.

Requirements:

• University degree in Chemical, Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, or related fields.
• At least 5 years of management experience in the plastics industry is a plus.
• Knowledge of injection plastic, material handling, and extrusion processing.
• Excellent English skills (speaking, reading, writing) are mandatory.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
