The role involves managing a team, establishing KPIs, and ensuring compliance with company standards. Collection Manager (P2P Fintech Lending)
Job Description :
Manage billing, increase billing rate and reduce losses
Help minimize fraud cases and analyze market changes
Establish manpower plans, implement collection management and coordinate with Credit Analyst, Customer Service, and IT departments.
Coordination with billing vendors
Develop KPI and collection division targets
Analyze billing data and reports, billing rate, delay rate, etc.
Setting KPIs and Analyzing employee performance
Participate in recruitment, Conduct interviews, training and assessment of collection department staff,
Calculation of Incentives
Manage Team Incentives and Rewards
Make sure the whole team complies with company standards and policies
Other temporary work assigned by leaders
Requirements:
Max. 35 years old
Required language(s): Fluent English ( Speaking, Writing, Typing & giving presentation ) & able to speak Mandarin is and advantage
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor in any field.
Experience withDesk Collection department for more than 3 years in Financial Technology Company.
Excellent leadership ( handle big team )
Excellent communication, relationship, corporate attitude
Superb communication and presentation skills
Excellent problem-solving skills
