Through innovation and digital solutions, we aim to enhance accessibility, streamline processes, and create a seamless user experience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain MIS reports for collections performance, delinquency trends, agent productivity, and recovery rates.
  • Monitor KPIs across portfolios (e.g., early buckets, NPLs) and provide weekly/monthly dashboards to management.
  • Analyze historical data to recommend strategies for improving collection efficiency and reducing defaults.
  • Collaborate with collections, credit risk, and data teams to ensure timely and accurate data flow.
  • Automate and optimize reporting processes using SQL, Excel VBA, or BI tools (Power BI/Tableau).
  • Conduct segmentation analysis (e.g., high-risk vs. low-risk borrowers) and support decision-making on treatment strategies.
  • Track effectiveness of collection campaigns and dialer strategies; suggest improvements based on data insights.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., OJK regulations if in Indonesia).
  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Information Systems, or related fields.
  • 2–5 years experience in MIS reporting, analytics, or similar roles in collections or credit risk.
  • Proficient in SQL, Excel (advanced), and one or more data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Knowledge of collections processes, delinquency stages, and performance metrics.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
