We are seeking an experienced Collection Analyst to join our team and support strategic debt collection efforts throughout the organization. This role will involve analyzing portfolio performance, designing collection strategies, and optimizing recovery outcomes through the application of data-driven insights.

Responsibilities:

Monitor and analyze consumer loan portfolios and collection performance.

Design and recommend effective collection strategies based on data insights.

Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to improve recovery rates.

Develop and present MIS reports, dashboards, and executive summaries for management.

Ensure collection processes comply with regulatory standards and internal SOPs.

Support automation initiatives and continuous improvement of collection systems.

Contribute to strategic projects and initiatives related to risk and collection.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in banking or financial services, especially in collection MIS, risk, or recovery analytics.

Hands-on experience in portfolio monitoring, strategy development, and working with third-party collection agencies.

Strong understanding of collection systems.

Proficient in Excel and familiar with data analysis tools and reporting automation.

Strong project management skills and experience in cross-functional coordination.

Knowledge of OJK reporting, banking regulations, and risk governance is a plus.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
