Job summary

PT Inspirasi Edukasi Indonesia is seeking a Coding Tutor to deliver engaging sessions for children, focusing on programming and mathematics. The role is freelance, part-time with a minimum of 18–20 hours weekly, offering flexibility and remote work.

You will track student progress, provide feedback to parents, and ensure high teaching quality across classes while fostering curiosity and confidence in learners.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Education or Programming.
• Ability to teach Scratch and Python.
• At least 1 year of teaching experience.
• Teaching Certification is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal English communication; Bahasa Melayu proficient.

As a Coding Tutor, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and high-quality lessons that introduce children to programming and mathematical concepts in a fun, interactive, and structured way. This is a freelance, part-time opportunity with a minimum 18-20 hours weekly commitment, ideal for someone who enjoys teaching and mentoring while maintaining flexibility.

Key responsibilities

Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons that make programming and mathematics fun and easy to understand for children

Help students build strong foundational skills in programming and logical/mathematical thinking

Support students' academic growth by tracking progress and providing clear feedback to parents and the academic team

Maintain consistent teaching quality across all classes

Create a positive and motivating learning environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and confidence in students

About you

Minimum Diploma in a relevant field (Education or Programming)

Able to teach Scratch and Phyton

At least 1 year of teaching experience or experience in a similar role

Teaching Certification (PPG) and/or Programming Certification is a plus

Strong communication, writing, and creative skills

Passionate and dedicated to working with children

Proficient in Bahasa Melayu and able to communicate in English (mandatory)

Freelance, fully remote role

Rate: IDR 90,000/hour

Minimum commitment: 18-20 teaching hours per week (including weekend)

Full schedule estimated earnings: ~DR 6,500,000/month, with potential to increase based on your availability.
