Job summary

PT Kokoh Semesta seeks a Coating Inspector to ensure compliance with project specs, ITPs, procedures, and industry standards. You will inspect surface prep, monitor environmental conditions, and verify WFT/DFT measurements to guarantee coating quality.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, at least 2 years’ experience in EPC/Oil & Gas or related sectors, and a valid Level 2 coating inspection certification (NACE/AMPP/ICorr/FROSIO).

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering or related major.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as Coating Inspector in EPC, Oil & Gas, Power Plant, Fabrication, or Construction Projects.
• Must hold valid NACE/AMPP/ICorr/FROSIO Coating Inspector Level 2.
• Experienced in surface preparation inspection, environmental condition monitoring, WFT/DFT measurement, adhesion test, and coating defect inspection.
• Able to read coating specifications, ITP, procedures, drawings, and technical datasheet.
• Able to prepare inspection reports and NCR.
• Good communication and coordination with Client, Consultant and Internal Teams.
• Good in English, particularly in understanding coating specifications, technical documents, work procedures, method statements, and inspection requirements.
• Willing to work at Workshop Cikande.
