Job summary

Gentem Lifelong Learning in Indonesia seeks an enthusiastic English Coach to deliver engaging lessons in both in-person and online settings, inspiring learners toward fluency and confidence.

You will create high-quality learning materials, leverage interactive platforms, and adapt to hybrid teaching methods while supporting student progress and motivation.

A bachelor’s degree in English Language and Literature and experience in teaching are preferred; international exposure is a plus.

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent Teaching Skills – Ability to engage students with dynamic and interactive lessons. Experience in teaching, tutoring, or training is highly preferred.
• Language Proficiency – GSE Level 75 ≈ CEFR C1 (Advanced level). Fluency in both verbal and written English is mandatory.
• Content Development & Creativity – Strong ability to create compelling learning materials that enhance the Chat Hours experience.
• Digital Proficiency – Comfortable using online teaching tools and adapting to hybrid learning methods.
• Educational Background – A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in English Language and Literature.
• International Exposure – Experience working or living in an English-speaking country is an advantage.
