XETUP is an early-stage software house and IT consulting company based in Indonesia. We focus on building digital solutions that solve real business problems — from retail point-of-sale systems, online learning platforms, ecommerce & marketplace, and others.

We are not hiring an employee — we’re inviting a strategic partner to grow with us from the ground up.

Your Role

• Define and execute go-to-market strategies for selected products
• Build user acquisition funnels through content, outreach, ads, and partnerships
• Develop growth initiatives (reseller networks, referral systems, communities)
• Lead early-stage traction campaigns (awareness, onboarding, pilot programs)
• Support investor communications, pitch materials, and partner outreach
• Help shape our brand positioning, product messaging, and storytelling
• Work closely with the founder to build scalable growth systems from scratch

Ideal Candidate

You might be a great fit if:

• You have experience or deep interest in tech startups, SaaS, or B2B digital services
• You’re entrepreneurial — eager to build something, not just maintain it
• You can think strategically and execute hands-on marketing work
• You’re comfortable working lean, fast, and collaboratively
• You’re open to a non-salary structure at the beginning (equity, profit-sharing, or vesting)
• You’re based in or near Yogyakarta — we highly prefer someone who can collaborate closely
