A telecommunications company is seeking an experienced sales professional in Lampung to drive business strategic development and strengthen retail penetration. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the telecommunications industry. Responsibilities include collaborating with partners, monitoring product visibility, and educating distribution teams. A valid driving license is mandatory and willingness to be placed in Lampung is required.
Being a main contributor to the Head of Branch on Business Strategic Development volume Sales Area.
Collaborate with Distribution Partner to develop existing cluster with target growth Reload.
Monitor and ensure availability & visibility of Indosat products in the cluster, including monitoring card distribution to all distributors/outlets in the respective cluster.
Advocate all sales channel-related Indosat promotions & products.
Strengthen retail penetration (open new outlets) and outlet engagement (Indosat promo or products as the main preferable sale by outlet).
Educate distributor’s team to comply with distributor KPIs (training, coaching, & counseling).
Direct & guide distributors to deliver activities in the cluster, including brand activities, sales events, happening art, bundling programs, and community programs.
Monitor network availability and escalate to Head of Branch and Function Sales Assurance in Region for any network issues in the respective cluster.
Compile daily reports and send to Head of Branch and related functions in Region.
Coordinate with Rural GTM Executive (RGE) for marketing promotion/branding requirements in the cluster.
Execute and achieve functional goals assigned by managers.
Provide continuous input on business process and systems improvements.
Qualification:
Minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
Experience in telecommunications or related industry is preferred.
Able to demonstrate leadership in recent projects involving cross-functional efforts within the company.
Good understanding of the business's commercial operations and ability to work in different roles within the Group.
Has a valid driving license (Sim A & C) is mandatory.
Willing to be placed in Lampung.
