A leading ICT solutions provider in Indonesia is seeking a technical support specialist to provide standby and on-call support to customers. The ideal candidate will have strong technical troubleshooting skills, experience with AWS and Kubernetes, and the ability to mentor junior team members. This role is crucial for enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Provide standby and on-call support to customers. Assist customers with technical support concerns, while recommending solutions. Resolve trouble tickets escalated to the L2 team within agreed SLA timelines. Mentor L1 team members to enhance their technical knowledge and skills. Develop and document Method of Procedure (MOP) prior to implementing any changes.
