Job description

Responsibilities:
  1. Formulate the strategy from a technical sales perspective to support the sales strategy in upscaling current accounts and expanding into new markets/segments.
  2. Develop product standardization to ensure products and solutions are marketable and meet customer needs.
  3. Lead and provide direction for presales and solution teams in planning and executing presales initiatives.
  4. Formulate feasibility and costing strategies to ensure project bids are profitable for the company.
  5. Develop partnership strategies with third parties to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.
  6. Consult and advise CFUs regarding telecommunications concepts, standards, and services (pre and post-sales).
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Cloud & SaaS business (Enterprise IT, SI, or Principal).
  • Experience as a Presales or Solution Architect is mandatory.
  • Must have experience in Cloud Infrastructure and SaaS, at least in one of the following domains: Public Cloud, Private Cloud, SaaS Productivity (e.g., O365, GWS).
  • Experience in both IT and Telco is a plus. Understanding of future trends and convergence of both fields is desirable.
  • Certification in Cloud/Virtualization/Productivity (e.g., O365, GWS) is preferred.
  • Practitioner of consultative selling.
  • Experience engaging customers at all levels.
