HTC Global Services in Jakarta is seeking a Cloud Operations professional to perform 24x7 monitoring and support for GCP and GKE environments. You will monitor clusters, pods, services, and related cloud services, triage incidents, and coordinate with multiple teams.

Perform 24x7 monitoring and operational support for GCP and Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE) environments.
Monitor system alerts, applications, clusters, nodes, and supporting cloud services.
Perform incident triage and troubleshooting for Kubernetes, application, network, storage, and infrastructure issues.
Handle incident escalation and coordinate with Cloud, Network, Security, Application, and Development teams.
Perform routine health checks, maintenance, patching, upgrades, and lifecycle management of GKE environments.
Manage Kubernetes resources such as Pods, Deployments, Services, Ingress, ConfigMaps, Secrets, and StatefulSets.
Support CI/CD deployment activities and troubleshoot deployment or release issues.
Monitor platform performance, capacity, availability, and resource utilization.
Perform RCA and prepare incident reports for major incidents.
Maintain operational documentation, SOPs, runbooks, and shift handover reports.
Ensure operational activities comply with SLA, SLO, and company procedures.
Work in a shifting schedule, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Cloud Operations, IT Infrastructure, System Operations, or related roles.
Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Kubernetes/GKE.
Experience in 24x7 monitoring, incident management, and troubleshooting.
Good knowledge of Kubernetes administration and troubleshooting.
Experience with Terraform and/or Helm is preferred.
Familiar with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Cloud Monitoring, and Cloud Logging.
Familiar with Linux, networking, IAM/RBAC, and cloud infrastructure.
Experience with CI/CD and production deployment is a plus.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Willing to work on a shifting schedule (24x7), including weekends and public holidays.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
