Job summary

MixWork Indonesia seeks an experienced Cloud & Infrastructure Engineer to own network design, VLAN architecture, and the BCM/DR lifecycle across retail stores and HQ sites. You will manage Azure Active Directory (Entra ID) and Microsoft 365 administration while ensuring secure, well-documented infrastructure.

You will collaborate with Cybersecurity, IT Delivery, Data teams and external partners to maintain cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps, and multi‑cloud governance across

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in IT infrastructure or network engineering.
• Experience with multi-site network design and VLAN configuration.
• Experience administering Azure Active Directory (Entra ID) and Microsoft 365 services.
• Experience with BCM or DR programmes including plan docs and tests.
• Experience with enterprise backup solutions and restore validation.
• Fluent English for coordination with Singapore team and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Own site network design, VLAN architecture, and topology improvements across retail and HQ sites.
• Maintain network documentation and ensure alignment with security policies.
• Coordinate with Singapore IT Infrastructure for physical deployments and verify against design.
• Administer Azure AD/Entra ID and Microsoft 365 across entities.
• Build/maintain CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps for workloads and deployments.
• Oversee BCM/DR planning, tests, and recovery actions.
