Job summary

PT. Metrodata Electronics, Tbk invites a Cloud Engineer to join our team in Indonesia. You will monitor GCP workloads, handle access and deployment requests, and perform health checks to ensure reliability and cost efficiency.

Work with engineers to improve user experience and system consistency. The role requires a 1+ year Cloud Engineer background, strong customer focus, and the ability to work in a shift-based schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Cloud Engineer.
• Solid understanding of Google Cloud fundamentals and SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Monitor GCP workloads and platforms; triage and resolve incidents within SLA.
• Handle service requests (access, deployments, config changes) with proper approvals.
• Perform routine health checks, basic troubleshooting, and escalation when needed.
• Document runbooks and contribute improvements to processes and tooling.
• Proactively identify risks/opportunities to enhance reliability, performance, and cost.
