• Plan And Control Monitoring Management Process For All Servers And Other Infrastructure Tools Managed In The Data Center
• Analyze Root Cause And Resolution For Any Problem Related To Infrastructure And Infrastructure Application
• Conduct Incident, Service Request Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Release, Deployment, And Service Improvement As Assigned
