Job Description

• Plan and control backup management process in accordance with the company's disaster recovery and business continuity strategies.
• Plan and control monitoring management process for all servers and other infrastructure tools managed in the data center.
• Analyze root cause and resolution for any problem related to infrastructure and infrastructure application.
• Conduct incident, service request management, problem management, change management, release, deployment, and service improvement as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT.
• Business English proficiency.
• Minimum 5 years as Cloud Engineer from IT Solutions.
• Experienced in email server, Active Directory, domain control, operating systems (Office 365, Windows, Linux, etc.), cloud computing & management, backup system, hardware management (server).
• Good analytical and logical thinking, good communication skills, smart.
