Job summary

Tripledot Studios seeks a DevOps & IT Operations Engineer to join the Jakarta team. You’ll focus on DevOps, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and automation across Ludios and Group IT, with AWS and GCP involvement.

You will also contribute to local IT operations, employee support, SaaS access, devices, and lifecycle management, in a hybrid setup with Friday remote work and global remote days.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Systems Engineering, IT Infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with at least one major public cloud platform and ability to apply across environments.
• Experience developing, maintaining, and troubleshooting CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code and automated provisioning.
• Experience administering self-hosted runners, build agents, or dedicated build machines.
• Automation of processes using scripting, APIs, or workflow automation; understanding of networking and IAM.
• Experience with monitoring, logging, alerting, and incident resolution.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with a practical improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve CI/CD pipelines, deployment workflows, Infrastructure as Code, and automation.
• Maintain and support local build machines and self-hosted build runners.
• Provide environments for game development, builds, testing, and releases.
• Deploy, configure, monitor, and secure internal and third-party services.
• Improve cloud and on-premise infrastructure for Ludios and Group IT.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure, builds, connectivity, identity, and environment issues.
• Improve monitoring, alerting, backup, recovery, security, reliability, and cost efficiency.
• Support local IT Operations in Jakarta including onboarding, SaaS access, and asset lifecycle.
