Job summary

PT. Berca Hardayaperkasa is seeking an AI Engineer to own production AI engineering from ideas to live systems.

You will prototype, deploy, and scale AI/ML solutions across industries, leveraging cloud platforms and cloud-native services. Collaborate with product, engineering, and customers to move fast, iterate and improve models in production, with an emphasis on customer segmentation, automated image tagging, and end-to-end deployment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in machine learning, generative AI, NLP, computer vision, and recommendation systems.
• Familiarity with customer segmentation and automated image tagging.
• Hands-on experience deploying and scaling AI/ML solutions in production.
• Experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and cloud-native services.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a builder’s mindset.
• Clear communication and the ability to explain technical ideas to non-technical people.

Responsibilities

• Own production AI engineering, from idea to live system.
• Handle end-to-end development, deployment, and scaling of production-grade AI/ML solutions across multiple industries.
• Design and implement scalable AI solutions using public cloud platforms and cloud-native services.
• Build and ship solutions in ML, generative AI, NLP, computer vision, and recommendation systems.
• Turn business problems into working AI use cases, such as customer segmentation and automated image tagging.
• Monitor, optimize, and continuously improve models in production.
• Work closely with product, engineering, and customers to move fast and iterate.
