About the Role:

As a Cloud Account Executive, you are the driving force behind our new logo sales growth, responsible for acquiring Confluent Cloud customers. Success in this role requires dedication, energy, and a passion for solving customer problems. As a key member of the Cloud Acquisition Team, you'll tap into hot markets, access industry-leading sales resources, and be supported by a diverse team of leaders.

What You Will Do:
  1. Proactively prospect, identify, qualify, develop, and close net new logos
  2. Exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual bookings objectives
  3. Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline
  4. Work collaboratively with your sales territory (RSD and AEs) to boost territory-wide consumption and growth
  5. Qualify and progress meetings, signups, and use cases passed from inbound sales representatives
  6. Provide weekly forecasts on pipeline creation, progression, and quarterly sales targets
  7. Work closely with key stakeholders (i.e., Legal, SE, Cloud SDRs, Partners, and Marketing) to ensure success
What You Will Bring:
  1. At least 3+ years of experience in Inside sales and Outbound SDR roles, with a proven track record of closing deals and exceeding KPIs
  2. Strong understanding of Indonesia market
  3. Hunger to acquire technology acumen
  4. Strong ability to communicate business value effectively
  5. Expertise in new business prospecting, pipeline generation, discovery, qualification, and close
  6. Excellent time management and organisational skills to juggle priorities and projects
  7. Resilience and drive to deliver results
