Job description

Provide strategic oversight for project management and monitor interdependencies across the portfolio, including liaising with department leads and ensuring the project management system integrates with and delivers project benefits.

Improve and maintain clinical trial operation processes to ensure compliance with regulatory standards (ICH-GCP, BPOM) and organizational guidelines within the group.

Develop and distribute communication materials (e.g., process change alerts, training slides) to stakeholders.

Implement process metrics (e.g., turnaround times, compliance).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Biomedical Science, Nursing, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in clinical operations, quality management, or PMO
• Familiarity with ICH-GCP, SOPs, and process mapping
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools
• Detail-oriented, focused on compliance and efficiency

Placement:

Siloam Hospitals Group Head Office, Lippo Karawaci. On-site (Monday to Friday, 8 am - 5 pm).
