• Diploma in Pharmacy with active STR (DIII Farmasi) is required.
• Preferably 3 years hospital experience as Pharmacist Assistant (Tenaga Teknis Kefarmasian).
• Proficiency with basic computer functions and pharmacy systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist and support pharmacy operations in supplying medication to patients.
• Ensure accurate reading and interpretation of prescriptions.
• Ensure accurate processing of prescriptions according to set standards - checking validity, keying, packing and labeling.
• Follow up on medication preparation status.
• Assist in the dispensing of medications under the supervision of a pharmacist.
