Job Description Summary

Clinical Specialist to support healthcare professionals in the effective utilization of C-Arm imaging systems during surgical procedures. This role involves hands-on support, proactive training, and ensuring customer satisfaction by enhancing product knowledge and application.

You will also participate in the planning and implementation of dealer training for products under C-arm portfolio.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Provide on-site clinical support to healthcare professionals during surgeries involving C-Arm systems.
2. Conduct training sessions and workshops for surgeons, radiographers, and OR staff to optimize system usage.
3. Offer proactive education and application training to healthcare providers using our installed base (IB).
4. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer inquiries and enhance product efficiency.
5. Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing best practices for system operation.
6. Stay updated on latest clinical trends and technological advancements to enhance training quality.

Required Qualifications

1. Preferably technical knowledge or experience in radiology, biomedical engineering, operating room technology, or a related field.
2. Strong understanding of medical imaging equipment, preferably C-Arm or fluoroscopy systems.
3. Excellent communication and training skills to effectively educate healthcare professionals.
4. Ability to work in a surgical environment, providing real-time support during procedures.
5. Proactive problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
6. Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
7. Strong oral and written communication skills.
8. Those who can work on acquiring product knowledge and disease-related knowledge.
9. English speaking preferred.
