ScionHealth sedang mencari Clinic Medical Assistant Express Care untuk jadwal akhir pekan penuh, Jumat hingga Senin. Posisi ini mendukung klinik melalui penilaian pasien, prosedur dasar, serta koordinasi rekam medis dan layanan front-office.

Kualifikasi mencakup Diploma SMA atau setara, pelatihan program asisten medis (diutamakan), serta lisensi BCLS. Pengalaman klinik sebelumnya konsisten dengan kebutuhan peran dan kepatuhan HIPAA dijaga.

Qualifications

• Sertifikat CLS BCLS diperlukan (Upon Hire atau dalam waktu yang ditentukan fasilitas).
• Pengalaman klinik sebelumnya diutamakan.

Responsibilities

• Melakukan penilaian pasien dan tindakan di bawah pengawasan.
• Melakukan prosedur diagnostik dasar dan pengambilan spesimen.
• Memonitor perubahan kondisi pasien dan mendokumentasikan perawatan.
• Menyediakan dukungan administrasi seperti penjadwalan, registrasi, resepsionis, filing, dan entri data.

Job Summary

Performs routine clinical and administrative duties under the supervision of a physician or nurse to support the clinic. Responsible for providing high-quality care to patients by assisting in assessments, performing basic procedures, maintaining examination areas, and supporting front-office operations.

Essential Functions

• Assist with patient assessments and treatments under supervision.
• Perform basic diagnostic procedures and specimen collection.
• Monitor and communicate changes in patient condition.
• Document care provided in medical records.
• Maintain medical equipment and supplies, including ordering, stocking, cleaning, and minor troubleshooting.
• Prepare and maintain examination areas.
• Perform administrative duties such as scheduling, registration, reception, filing, and data entry.
• Advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of patients.
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and educational programs.
• Demonstrate hospital core values and positive customer service behavior.
• Follow infection control, safety procedures, and wear appropriate PPE.

Education

• High School Diploma or Equivalent including education equivalent to completion of secondary school or demonstrated ability to perform the essential functions of the role.
• Postsecondary (Cert/Diploma/Program Grad) completion of a medical assistant program (Preferred)

Licenses/Certifications

• BCLS - Basic Life Support Upon Hire or within facility-specified time frame (Required)

Experience

• Prior Experience in a clinical setting (Preferred)
