About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee end-to-end supply chain operations and ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and reliability. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, leadership experience, and a proven track record in managing procurement, logistics, and inventory processes in a dynamic business environment.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the supply chain network, enhance supplier relationships, and drive continuous improvement across operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full supply chain cycle including procurement, production planning, logistics, and distribution.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure timely delivery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners.
• Oversee demand forecasting, inventory management, and capacity planning.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports for senior management.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and company policies.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to maintain supply continuity.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the supply chain team to enhance performance and capability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in supply chain or logistics management, with leadership experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of supply chain principles, inventory control, and procurement processes.
• Experience with ERP systems and supply chain management software.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven track record of driving process improvement and operational efficiency.
• Must have the legal right to work in Singapore.
