Client Solutions Manager (App and Web Performance) - GBS
Team Introduction: Our team at TikTok helps to nurture and grow mid-market accounts by focusing on providing high-touch client service and education on TikTok products and solutions, thereby supporting clients in achieving their performance and branding objectives. The team collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to deliver the best solutions based on product knowledge and vertical insights.
Responsibilities:
- Build and grow client relationships through frequent interactions, performance reviews, and strategic planning to build trust, educate, and influence advertisers.
- Serve as an external product consultant, educating clients and agencies on product solutions and best practices, and growing existing business partnerships.
- Lead product update discussions proactively, educate brands and agencies on TikTok’s new and existing products, and advise on best practices to drive optimal performance and innovative campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance data to provide data-driven insights and optimization suggestions, enhancing advertising offerings.
- Conduct post-campaign reviews to assess performance, uncover insights, and provide strategic marketing recommendations.
- Identify trends and patterns from past campaigns to develop best practices aligned with market needs.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Product, Ad Ops, Solution Engineering, R&D, Business teams) to ensure smooth campaign execution and troubleshoot client issues.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in digital advertising, focusing on app performance marketing (UA, retargeting, programmatic).
- Deep expertise with mobile measurement partners (MMPs) like Adjust, AppsFlyer, or Branch, and familiarity with SKAdNetwork.
- Strong analytical skills (Excel, SQL, data visualization tools) and experience with A/B testing.
- Advanced campaign strategy and execution skills for app performance campaigns.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
- Experience with ad verification partners (IAS, DV, MOAT), branding/performance metrics, and campaign optimization using internal and third-party data is a plus.
- Passion for marketing on TikTok, with excellent listening skills and proactive collaboration.
