Responsibilities:

1. Work with sales and other related internal teams to ensure successful campaign execution;
2. Engage with clients for campaign optimization and upsell opportunities;
3. Serve as the communication bridge between clients and the product team;
4. Assist with troubleshooting alongside the product and R&D teams when needed;
5. Monitor, analyze, and improve campaign results;
6. Communicate with clients to strengthen our ad offerings;
7. Support hashtag or influencer marketing activities as needed;
8. Potentially lead and measure the success of a team.

Requirements:

1. Over 8 years of experience in organizations focused on service and revenue generation;
2. Rich experience in building strong client relationships and managing client campaigns;
3. Experience in delivering tech solutions to non-tech clients;
4. Strong verbal and written communication skills;
5. Fluent in English, both spoken and written;
6. Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed;
7. Management experience is a plus.
