Job description

Minimum Requirements
  • Min. Bachelor Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or other relevant discipline
  • Min. 1 year experience in Banking or related industry
  • Have basic concepts of banking products such as lending, funding, trade and treasury products would be an advantage
  • Good English comprehension in listening, writing and speaking is a must
  • Good Mandarin comprehension in listening, writing and speaking would be an advantage
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
Responsibilities
  • To assist Relationship Manager in handling day-to-day transactions and administrative tasks, i.e. account opening process, documents collection/filing, facility activation and facility utilization.
  • To monitor principal and interest payment via periodic tracking and send reminders to the Customer.
  • To assist other supporting departments such as back office, bills, credit or loan administration, etc., in delivering services to customers, i.e. Time deposit placement, other banking transactions, remittance, loan disbursement/repayment, L/C issuing or negotiation.
