Responsibilities
- Setting customer satisfaction targets and working with the team to meet targets consistently
- Monitoring Interacting with customers daily by answering their questions and directing them to the appropriate service for their needs
- Focusing and planning customer loyalty programs to increase revenue and improve client retention
- Creating good relationship with the Client
- Establishing customer service policies and procedures
Job Qualification
- Minimum Bachelor of Public Relation, Communication, and Business Management
- Having experience as Client Service Senior Officer or Client Service Manager at least 3 years
- Outstanding leadership abilities and excellent written and verbal communication skill in Indonesia & English language
- Skill training and mentoring CS team
Familiar with Microsoft Office program (PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook); Excellent communicator, high initiative, disciplined, organized and good team player.
