Client Service General Insurance Executive Officer

Job Responsibility :

Managing General Insurance (Policy Closure and Claims)

• Review and conduct research and assessment of risks and claims, analyze existing accounts and claims records

• Process placement slips and negotiate insurance coverage

• Prepare comparison reports and prepare presentations

• Manage accounts and maintain policy updates

• Process all administrative work related to policy closure and claims

• Monitor and manage all work processes related to general insurance

• Reviewing Claims

• Making a Claim Evaluation

Qualifications :

Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Insurance, Risk Management, Business, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in general insurance, particularly in policy management and claims processing.

Excellent communication skills for client and team interactions.

Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities.

Negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Willing to work in South Tangerang (BSD), Banten.
